It is a minor bug in the system. here is how it happens.
On turn 19 Litehoof had an observor who made a legitimate kill. Any other player who gets a kill on that same turn is shown to have gotten it from their observor even if they don't have one. As you can see, they do in fact deserve the kill due to forward fire so it really does nothing to change the games results unless you were trying to track points for your pilot vs kill points for your observor such as it was in the board game version that would give a player extra skills based on their points accumulated over several missions.
If you look at the link for the long rules you can read about skill points under the campaign section. Perhaps one day the webmasters will provide some form of campaign and bonus skills on this site. |
