As I said to BMBug, My Friends of English mother tongue, both Americans and Britishs, as told me that my English is really good. For sure it is enough good to understand the difference between a suggestion and a opinion. To qualify your as a opinion you should show a way to follow. If you say a sentence that can be reduced to "I don't like this aspect" you give an opinion not an advice (suggestion) on how to solve it.
