I might have mentioned this elsewhere in this thread... All of us will likely play with everybody else in certain situations like big public games or tournament situations. However some of us prefer certain group of players for casual games and leagues partly because of the "pace of play" issue among other type of self impose constraints.
Go on ahead to create that list in the forum. There is no guarantee whether anybody else will add their names to your list. Another problem is the forum thread getting buried after few days.
