As you may have noticed already, some players tend to create a lot of public 2 players scenarios. Join couple of them and introduce yourself. If you are trying to know somebody, stick with scenarios of no more than 4 players. Some of us on this site (Blue Max and WSIM) knows each other first name as well and have email addresses of each other.
