I had forgotten about The Grenadier. Do you have a publication date on any of them? I'm going to email Frank and ask about publication dates and why no BM followup.
After this message I can explain you why there wansn't a follow on on Grenadier. Blue Max was published in 1983 and the Grenadier publishing dates of the issues I've at hand are:
Premier Issue: January 1978
Issue 7: August 1979
Issue 10: July 1980
Issue 11: October 1980
Issue 12: January 1981 - last GDW issue
Issue 13: June 1981 - first J Tibbetts & Son issue

They didn't published a follow on Grenadier since they sold it before publishing Blue Max.
Then, after you explained me the publishing story of Blue Max, I understand how much they under evaluated it.
