I give you a solution: you find someone with almost new counters (like mine), you ask him to scan them so as he can e-mail then to you. Once you receive them you find a laser color printer, you print them in color, then you glue them on a enough strong card board, you give them some flatting to better protect them, you cut them, you use them. If you want them double face, the process is a little more difficult.
