When the formula will be found, programmers will need just 1 hour (ok may be more but i can bet less then 3) to set it up. But we will have a tool that could say how plays a pilot (or pirate, vampire, e.i) even if it is our fist encounter. Dice randomic follows statistic rule... So is Hardly significant.

Why you don't say it right:
"If the formula will be identified I hope that it will waste few CPU resources and will be implemented in a while".
What we want to say is that one Blue Max scenario can be balanced with standard map, unbalance in favor of the Allied with the large one and heavy unbalanced in favor of the German with the smallest one, and without taking in consideration of the influence that can have area and free placement options.
