From a certain point of view 1,2 and 3 are not bugs as they are stated as "differences from the boardgame version" in the How to Play section.
Anyway, I agree that it would be nice to "fix" them and replicate the original rules

True, not "bugs" in that they're not due to errant code. Just for some history, Nick and prior playtesters committed to deviating from the rules as little as possible. That said, of the ones I mentioned, I would say #1 is the most serious because it's such a huge departure from the boardgame rules and affects nearly every game. If they're easy, give it a try. If not, I'd rather see more serious problems addressed.

In the next version, ships surrendered by striking will no longer "sink", so they will now block line of fire.
Also, ships will surrender by firepower using the correct conditions (broadside from 1 hex, no big friends within 10 hexes).
Ships which have already surrendered by firepower before the new version will stay surrendered.
Working on the dismasted ships issue at the moment
