One of the biggest complain among us playtesters is the way WSIM is handled in the league system mainly. These are the problems (to me at least):

  • 2 players league game: Player A surrenders. Player B should be considered the winner of the game and gain the 3 league points (or is it 4?) regardless of how many points have been scored or how many ships are left floating on either side.

  • Many players league game: If a player surrenders. His side should not be penalized for his cowardly behavior should they choose to fight on. The surrendered player(s)' ships should go on automove as long as there is somebody else alive on that side.

  • The score at the end should determines the winner of the game. Not the number of ships left.

    I am sure there are more issues once my brain is back from vacation as well.
