The other team. Yup. He gave them someone to shoot down with no danger to themselves. That means he is helping them win the scenario. Not his side.
The one thing I do like about the league is the it that (if one plays to win) it helps reinforce more realistic flying. If you are going to be shot down - RUN. Even if it means leaving without "honour" Your side will thank you.
