I checked quite a few sources and kept getting that same 103-106 top speed. Maneuverability is harder to rate, but if it was slow AND maneuvered like an Se5, it's hard to believe we would not have heard more unhappy remarks about it.

I have read the opposite regarding the DXII. In a number of reports, the allied flyers stated that they were jumped by Fokker DVII's, when in fact the squadron that they faced were flying a mixture of Fokker DVII's and Pfalz DXII's. According to reports, the aircraft which looked somewhat similar, also had similar cruising speeds which would lead to easier ability to fly together.
