I think I'm going to start playing Wings of War. BlueMax is old. BlueMax is not relevant to the present times anymore. Their are no new changes or new expansions coming out for BlueMax. Younger players demand and expect more from a game these days. The bookshelf game era is dead and gone. BlueMax was a part of that era. No one will reprint a dinosaur from the past and expect it to be profitable. Avalon Hill Games was one of the biggest sellers of bookshelf style hex boards and cardboard counter games. They have been out of business for years. I think I'm going to pick up the Wings of War WWI Revised Deluxe Set. Anyone buy the set? Is it any good?
