Message text Oh really ? First, I like youplay as much as Hexcell, two different version of the same nice game.
Then please explain me this:
few years ago a Youplay user designed two new Sopwith Camel schemes, both were added in the game.
One Camel was painted with Snoopy tags, another with Led Zeppelin (band) tag.
Do you think that player asked for the mark owners for the right to use them ? NO, he didn't.
Do you think he did that with malice ? NO, but still it was illegal. After a brief discussion, following my intervention on this the Snoopy tags were covered by administrators with a white/brown stripe. I really dont care about Snoopy or Led Zeppelin marks, I just didn't liked to see pop-art painted Camels ingame. Maybe the Led Zeppelin Camel is still around, i'm not sure it is infringing some copyright. So was Youplay using those tags legally ?
What if someone would have sued youplay for using those unauthorized marks, before the administrators realized that maybe it was better to remove it ?
Before starting assuming that every mistake come out from malice, or bad intent, you should realize that enthusiasm could bring us to make wrong steps.
And thanks for accusing me of trolling, when my post makes much more sense of your stupid prejudges. And with like 3k games played and 3 years of contribution while you got one. I probably contributed as much as you to this site success.
Oh, and seriously you never seen that horrible Snoopy Camel ?

This is youplay.it not BlueMax.com and the official game contains some substantial differences. It's the official online site of the game because it is the only site authorized to offer an online version. Even trolls should be able to follow that. I find it ironic that the Hexcell site got shut down due to a couple of its fans coming into the YPI forums to promote Hexcell and knock the YPI version. Now, those same fans are the ones who can't play their preferred version due to their own actions of bringing the site to the attention of the legal rights owner. Just desserts for trolling I guess.
