It is VERY annoying because most of us who sign up for a 3 day time-out want to move more rapidly than three days. Yes there are problems, but some people continually sign up for leagues they probably shouldn't. There are some who should only sign up for 7 day time-outs because they rarely play more than once every 5 days. Or maybe they purposely wait the max? I dunno.
