If my plane is damaged or low on fuel and I won't make my side, I fly off.
But I always chase the cripple.
You want "stats" for shooting down a plane with 1 wing or tail box etc , get him before he gets off.
The reason for retiring without honor is to not get shot down.

WTF. Really? You are speaking out of both sides of your mouth Wertzz. You claim not to worry about stats in the first sentence. Yet, in your last sentence, you claim to retire without honor not to get shot down.
What? You sound like a Politician. With an admission like that, you can enter the ranks of the CSP Squadron. (Chickenshit Pilots)
In the link I posted prior, the Pilot in question had 17 fuel. Give me a break, that is plenty of fuel for a halfway decent player to navigate.
Look. This is a game and we all have lives outside of the Site. However, when you play, play hard and play fair. Flying off without honor is poor sportsmanship and reflects poorly on you. Both pilots want to win when they sign up for a game. Yet, the fortunes of war, luck, dice rolls, etc, dictate the flow of the game. If you square off and fall short, so be it. We can't win them all, but at least play with honor.
