Hi, to make a long story short... we have added the three countries flags.
Now I see hordes of Catalans, Californians, Finnish Americans, Inuit, Mâori, Vandals and even Varesotto's people claiming for their own regional flags [...]
Now that you mention it...
I understand perfectly GraysGhost's posture. I'm Basque and since my country is not in the list, I chose to select "other" there and note my homeland between brackets after my city. However, I envy those who can show their flag next to their nick. Apparently, some people in the same situation choose third countries somewhat linked to theirs. I specially like Banderro's pun (country: Palau; city: "Blaugrana"). 1000 points if you guess where he's really from...
I think including England, Scotland and Welsh in the country list is a positive step, and I hope it won't be the last one. At least for we Basques, a nation is a group of people that feel they share a culture; a state, an administrative organization. Nothing against states appearing in the list, but I think also stateless nations should (we're not so many). In Europe, besides of England, Scotland and Welsh, I would include also at least the Basque Country, Brittany, Catalonia, Corsica and Flanders, but that's just my opinion. A solution could be including new nations on request.

Just say I regard your words as utmost disrespectful and innapropiate for this site. GraysGhost is entitled to say what he thinks about the topic and why. That's what an opinion forum is for.

If this wasn't an Italian site, and Italians are tolerant people, I would have asked and obtained your banning.
I see no reason for such banning. GraysGhost's words and tone, unlike yours, have been always respectful and correct. He has used examples, counterexamples and rhetorical questions, the usual arguing tools, to supports his points. Which is exactly his offense?
