as long as I know, Phil Hall gave Nick the permission to do what he liked with Blue Max. I don't remember if he made it here on the forum of he made it in a private e-mail with me.
Said this, the one that made the new version of Blue Max, published it since they till have the right to do it from GDW. Personally I think that they pursued a wrong selling strategy, but its their selling strategy and I've no power to modify it.
Anyway I will seek some more information on the matter by asking here in Italy and checking my old e-mails with Phil. I will inform you with private messages on BGG. |
