So this means that if you exit from your home side at any time during a game you do not pay the penalties for a non-honourable exit.
Your points are not halved, but you DO pay penalty for a non-honourable exit: you are counted as shotdown. Pumba&Natador only got the Marginal Victory because they have shot down winged_knight and done more points. So there is one "kill" for both parties (Allied killed winged_knight, Germans get an "autokill" because Natador fled), but as Allied have done 15%+ more points, they get Marginal Victory.
To be more precise, non-honourable exits are counted as shotdown only for determining who has won, but no "kill" or "personal unit lost" bonuses/maluses are awarded for this "shotdown". A more clear wording of the rule is that for victory purpose you have to count only planes still flying on the map plus honourable ones (so shotdown and dishonourable exited planes are excluded).

I do not want to spend my time playing people who hog their baseline, get one shot at me then fly off claiming victory and points. That would be so utterly boring I would leave the site.
This can happen in normal games, where honour is not counted and especially in 1 vs 1 games. Your opponent just need to get 2 points more than you and then they can flee from their home side and get the win.
However, in 1 vs 1 league games this cannot happen, because if you opponent leaves without honour he will be counted as shotdown and you'll get a Strategic Victory.
As I said, this is valid in many vs many league games too, but in this specific case, the "non-honourable = shotdown" penalty was offset by them shooting down your wingman.
