One thing we all missed is Frigate speed in attitude C once the Frigate has lost her first rigging section.
A ship that losses it's first rigging section is supposed to lose 1 speed in each attitude. This would mean that a Frigate w/o the first rigging section should have moves of 0 for D, 0 for C, 2 for B and 3 for A, rather than 0, 1, 2, 3.
