I still had an empty 'use these parties' window appear - when I was not in range of anyone involved in boarding actions.
pretty sure my cache was clear (as I'd only just opened the browser) - but tried ctrlf5 rather than clicking yes - and it poped straight back up.
Not a big issue but the bug might still be 'unfixed'

that's presumably this fixed bug - possibly occuring as a result of a different scenario
