| Message text I was not aware that it was a rule specific to the campaign you were fighting and I WILL offer my apology in this instance.
None the less. Communication between players by E-Mail during a game is not exactly kosher and allows for a level of coordination between fleet elements that was never achieved. Those gamers who DO feel that this is acceptable behaviour should identify themselves so that other players can decide whether or not to play against them in team games. Personally, I still feel that it is cheating and to say that it is "a part of the culture of WSIM" is TOTALLY inaccurate. I have played WSIM often enough in game clubs and conventions and I can think of no time that I have seen members of a team holding conclave to coordinate their moves before writing out their orders.
You can cry foul about the charge if you like Longneck. I will cry foul if I discover that you are e-mailing your team mates. |
