Jumping in and accusing another player of cheating is pretty rude, don't you think? It has been acknowledged that those were the rules that were set up for play, so whether you agree with them or not does not make them cheating. As long as all players are one the same set of rules is all that matters and makes it completely legit.

See this thread from the beta site and it will answer all the concerns SteveMartin and Tornade have. This was the communication ruling for WSIM Trident Cup hence the de-facto WSIM tourney.
