I've noticed that there are some games that get deleted (because someone didn't complete their move after the required time) but other games don't and instead just automove forever. What's up with that? What's the rule here about deleted games? Your reply lies in two replies of the FAQ area ( http://www.youplay.it/play/Faq.asp )
It is explained in question 7 ( http://www.youplay.it/play/faq.asp#Q1_6 ) of General Information:
Question: What happens if I don't play my move for a long time? Answer: If you don't play in a game where is your turn, every 24 hours we send you an e-mail saying you're late. After 24 hours without moving when it's your turn, you won't be able anymore to create or subscribe to new games, if you have to move in an already opened game. After 7 days you don't play a game, if the game is in the early stage we delete it. After 15 days, the game will be hidden to all players but you. After 30 days, your turn is lost. Every day after, since then, you'll lose another turn until you will be out of game, or you will return to play. And in question 18 ( http://www.youplay.it/play/faq.asp#Q4_42 ) of the Blue Max Questions:
Question: One of my game disappeared. Why? Answer: If a player doesn't play his move for more then 7 days, and the game is in an early stage (not all players completed their second move), the game is deleted and every player receive a mail explaining what happened. Otherwise may be the game ended, so you will receive a mail giving you the arrival order, and a link where you can see the final game positions. In some rare occasions a game may be temporary unavailable for some time. If you think this is your case, send us a mail and we will restore it. One last thing:
I'm in a game with ksnake and normally our games are over in like 30 minutes. But we have 4 players who are/were automoved so it has really...slowed...us...down... I don't know how you can face such a thing. |
