It would be a kind of users' "Feedback" system, as the ones used on commercial websites (e.g. eBay)...
The last thing I want to see happen is anything that would intamidate new players. Nothing can regulate, legislate or inflict morallity on someone but we could have a system [ as I posted above] that really doesn't care and still move the games along. scotireb
