I believe if we hold up the random number generator to this test, it will fail the thoerem. There's even a JAVA applet at the bottom of this page for testing. Can someone far more knowledgeable in statistics than I give it a shot? Thanks.
I believe you are correct on the rules, in our live game, we always just announced how much damage, figuring you could always tell how much the person took if you paid attention to how many damage chit draws he had and how long it took to record the damage.
