WHY??? If it is random the average should be 3.5 exactly because more than SIX HUNDRED is a large number!!! DO YOU THINK SIX HUNDRED IS A SMALL NUMBER????????
Well, actually, if you compare it with 4000, 1234298713962 or 2.45 * 10^76, yes, it is rather small.
And I would be very worried if I took ANY number of random numbers less than infinite and got every single time the same average up to the nth decimal. It would be a total proof that they are not random at all...
