It seems one that jeongholyu always win. Although it serves little purpose on this site but it they can be boosting one of the account. It may make him/her looks good or allow him/her to join leagues sooner. You can cheat in Blue Max games as well if you are playing more than 1 plane per side. I don't know why you want to do it here but we may never know.
Since you are new here let me give you some history. Multi-personalities is nothing new on this site. Some were created in good faith. (eg. You have the main account to fly Allied in 2010 Campaign and another to fly as Germans.) Then there was 1 person got banned for doing it maliciously. His user names were JohnHawker aka SparrowHawk aka few others, some of them are offensive.
