Leagues are limited to scenarios which have a maximum of 8 players at the current time. But Nick is considering to open it up to 16 in the future(don't ask me timeline
) So the option for more players is left there. You can consider it is a bug. But we are no hurry in fix it. May be u can consider it as a remainder
