Agreed, so to me it says, "These are your stats if you have completed at least 1 league in the past 365 days." It does not specify that games will be dropping off after 365 days - that would require different wording.
In any case, it really matters not, and if they were to make a fix, I would prefer it be on some real in-game bugs.
