I don't know about IE, but FireFox allows you to load a custom stylesheet for any site that you visit. I have a special one for Blue Max, that changes the colors of some of the game listings, and hides the icon which indicates a planes nationality. (German or Allied.) I forget offhand how to change that stylesheet, but you should be able to google it ...
