Just as litehoof said, I'm not disputing the forced glider move, but the change back to the any speed 1 or 2 move.

Still sounds like a bug. Have 2 fuel should be able to make any speed 1 or 2 moves. Restricting to glider moves because you can't do a 3 then allowing all speed 1 moves doesn't sound right.
