He cleared his jam at the end of turn 13 and shot you on 14.
What you saw on 13 was that he was still jammed during the firing phase but then must have cleared during the unjamming phase which as stated by litehoof takes place after the firing phase.
In the future if you see someone shot but was jammed and did not preform a nonrestricted straight move then they are still jammed. If they did go straight then they might have cleared. |
