Yes, having summer holidays in the middle of the campaign wasn't a good idea probably. But I had the software for the campaign ready on March/April, so with the campaign lasting 23 weeks there was no way to avoid it...unless I waited September to start it!
Maybe next time we could run it in the first part of the year, from January to June.
