Unfortunately as the campaign has already started, I cannot shift the official midnight to the GMT one, as it would mean making this week "longer" (by a couple of hours) than the following ones.
So we will have to stick with CEST midnight as the "official midnight".
Anyway, for those who prefer a GMT based calculation, know that CEST is equivalent to GMT+2
