Okay, so what you are saying is that this rule doesn't differentiate between different types of SOL's (1st vs 2nd) but it does between SOL's and frigates?
I'll have to check my other games, but I remember at least one case in which one of my ships surrendered when there was a ship of the same size & class within 10 hexes. |
