Love to have you and give you a hand. Its a free game, though as reg says, there are items you an purchase. You can do quite well without these items, I might add.
Follow Reg's advice and do the beginner missions to get a feel of the game. There is also a excellent site called trainworld.com where beginner guides and anything else you want to know, is located.
