Trent Burg has put together a great WWII set. No, it is not Blue Max, but real close.
I have played this at the Little Wars convention with Phil Hall and others, and it is a blast. Trent even makes his own stands and planes.
He includes dive bombing, straffing, torpedo runs etc.
