I have a Windows 8.1 tablet since yesterday, something cheap until my new laptop gets here. (Old laptop have way too many BSOD - Blue Screen of Death). For the WSIM draggable popup: Forget Google Chrome. IE11 can move a little bit but essentially no good. Firefox no issue dragging that dialog around. |
