The only way of cheating by "previewing" your moves would be to hack YP database and read the relevant record.
I'm not deep in the technicalities of YP, but it seems quite unlikely to me. Anyway, Webmasters sure know better and can say a final word about it...

Cheating looking in our database is really impossible (as far as we know). We are doing our best to keep your personal and game data safe.
Regarding the multiple account cheating, our position is always the same: if you think someone is doing it, write us an email and we will do something about it. We have several possibility: from deleting the games where this happened, to banning the offending player (as a last resource).
As we already said we are not condoning cheaters, but we don't want to see anyone accusing or insulting any other player here in the forum. This was the only reason we deleted some messages last time.
Currently there isn't a "zero tollerance" policy. We do think that even a cheater after a little while will learn that cheating is not a big deal. Don't forget that one of our goals is spreading the board games knowledge, and new players sometimes can do a "mistake"

.
On the other hand we will give full (email) support to every cheated player, if the cheating is real.
Take care
