Hello Paolo, while not my intention to look rude but my question is why? You can just avoid to use it. Think that people new to the game can use it to see how damaging system works for example and start getting the touch of Blue Max. I for one never use this now, but I did at the beginning because I didn't have the original board game (now I do). So my vote goes to the no side and take the liberty to propose you to just don't join simplified games and keep with standard and/or advanced.
