I think someone (GraysGhost??) has offered in the past to do the graphics work. The main thing is whether Nick will allow extra planes into Blue Max. I don't think the author Phil Hall will object to the idea that could be up to Phil to decide since Nick has permission from Phil to put Blue Max on this site.
Maybe BlueDragon can do the coding for the new planes once he is done with WSIM development.
Have started on the graphics for a DH-1 but you would have to be a complete plane geek to spot the difference between that and a DH-2
In fact if people wanted certain planes created let me know and I'll see what I can do - work quite heavy at the moment but can always find some fun time at coffee break
While I like the idea of adding more planes, I think it'd be best to limit any additional ones to those which were operational, at least in part, in the "late war" and which CE has such charts prepared for. Planes only operational in the "early war" performance charts would not be compatible.
The FE's and DH-2 do have late war performance charts so would be fine additions, assuming their odd shooting arcs and damage assessment due to the pusher arrangement could be coded without too much difficulty.
