I've fixed the bug, now you and all other pilots in the same situation should be able to see and move thier planes.

...However..., It might actually be cool to have 2 players pop onscreen @ turn#2 in a 4 Vs. 4.(or have 3 each "pop in" during turn#3 of 9 Vs. 9 or something similiar) Truly, think about it. That may end up being a "profitable bug".
