I saw that in one 10 player game, where only 7 planes appeared on the map at turn 1.

I've done some checks and it seems the map used to place your plane in free/area placement is too large, so players can place their planes on hexagons which are over the right edge in the actual game map.


This bug popped up when the new area deployment option was implemented, and reported by several of us at that time. Planes placed along friendly edge hexes, at least, are invisible atm on turn one - you're actually one hex off map. I kinda like it actually, sort of the "Hun in the Sun" effect
