Okay I have found that it is IE8 from Talk Talk that is causing me the problem - the screen has ceased to update unless I hit F5.
Guess there's only one answer then - change ISP.
Have you try to install and use another browser like Firefox? Just leave the IE8 alone if that is required for your ISP contract
and use Firefox for YouPlay at least. Firefox is faster in my opinion.
