As I had asked earlier and so far no one has given me an answer, what is the damage counter mix going to consist of ? Are the red chits that are eliminated going to be replaced with something else ? An offensive(at least to me) claim that the webmasters are pandering. Anybody want to take up that argument? I am already over my head with a few other arguments.
Sorry, I am sure that I am being a bit dense. Your arguments (other than a request to know the chit mix) just don't make any sense to me. I would think a vanity argument would be over who gets to play the best looking plane not who gets to have cheesy wins with one red chit vs the opponent who loses while pulling 11 chits. My foolishness certainly.
And impact to the game as a whole, I must have a hole in my head. I thought, my mistake of course, that the choice of simplified vs advanced in the set up of a Blue Max game, was way more can of wormsy/play balance disturbing than removing a few chits from another choice in how to play the game.
All silly stuff aside... I am unable at this time to understand why I am even having this discussion with you. I have disagreed with your arguments often over our time here together and kept my trap shut. You and Tornade seem to have very extreme views on various subjects. Most of the time the players you are badgering are so out of whack that it always seemed an inappropriate time to disagree with the way you presented your own views. My best guess would be that since I am the only player I can remember bringing up this change as a possibility, my subconscious must have felt some responsibility in defending the change.
As every one else on the website is being nice, I will now also bow out of arguing with you. Hopefully someone else can answer your concerns, as I am clearly unable to.
