2golddragons is free. They are using a trial license to keep the disruption of quitters out of a larger campaign that is being played. Upon request, or after 30 days, an Active License is granted free of charge and all options are available.

All of that being said, I'm reasonably sure the developer would accept a donation if you were hell bent on it. :p

I want to download the game. How much will it cost me?
Currently everything is free. Subscriptions are not required while we are beta testing. The planned subscription fee will only be a few dollars a month. This will be less than the cost of a typical magazine subscription, and several months can be purchased in advance at discounted rates.
