From a speaker freedom point of view, I don't like the idea of moderation coz I want to speak whatever I want in the forum 
From a pilot point of view, I just want this site to be focus on games only, so moderation is okay.
From a part-time moderator point of view, I strongly suggest the webmaster to consider a post of forum moderator (surely not me, coz after all this post I found my english is not good enough. Not to mention my italiano  ) I would like to nominated the follow person to be moderator.
1. gugliandalf, eldest active pilot in YPI, obviously same city with Webmaster. Know both Italian and English.
2. Monkey Hanger, already scenario manager, why not another post 
3. Flying_neko, also have great exp in running site and knows about programming. Last but not least, he loves game and YPI!!
