Isn't this a violation of Blue Max ettiquette as well? Don't most consider this cheating to an extent?
Signalling was certainly more prevalent in a Napoleonic Man of war throughtout a battle, than WWI squadrons meeting each other. So far as Blue Max goes, I can see perhaps a signal from a squadron leader right before a dogfight starts (emulated by a statement in open chat on turn one). But beyond that, its rather implausible is it not.
