First, congrats on getting to the top of the list, I just noticed. Was hoping my guy Krukmal would be able to get up there before you put it on lock-down, no dice.

Honestly, I'm surprised this site doesn't have more jack-asses than it does. It is online and free after all. This may not fit into your style of play, but I highly recommend leaving the pick-up games. The unevenness of play, the auto-movers, the stalls, the aforementioned jackasses (griefers, illiterate slow movers, etc.), the quitters, the lone wolves, the throttle-stuck-wide-open guys, et al.

Gaming with experienced players really adds longevity to the game, especially when you have played thousands, and have seen it all.
