Exactly what I'd like to work on. It's just some math.
I'm afraid is more than that. You'd have to separate pilots from players, to start with.
But maybe you have some better ideas.
On this you should mind how you will use them, since if you think to apply it on the standard games as a modifier, it can be a bad thing against the newbies. If you think to apply it in special things like a campaign, it can be nice addition.
